This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Execute Nexthink's growth strategy in collaboration with major MSPs and GSIs.
• Build and sustain relationships with C-level executives, sales, and product teams in strategic organizations.
• Propel Nexthink solution revenue through partnerships.
• Oversee daily interactions with MSP and GSI entities.
• Generate growth opportunities throughout Europe.
• Formulate and implement strategies to integrate the Nexthink platform into workplace practices.
• Create and execute plans to enhance Nexthink revenue with selected partners.
• Navigate organizational hierarchies to cultivate strategic and tactical relationships.
• Comprehend the business, solution, and technical demands of global MSP/GSI organizations.
• Devise and implement strategies to meet revenue and growth objectives.
• Collaborate with account teams, regional sales teams, marketing teams, and corporate resources.
• Develop and present compelling value propositions for Nexthink solutions.
• Utilize technical resources to support partners.
• Foster business development and co-selling initiatives with field sales, marketing, and leadership teams.
• Prepare and deliver business reviews to senior management concerning partner development progress and obstacles.
• Represent Nexthink at conferences and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
• Track MSP/GSI market trends and competitor activities.
• Create and distribute educational materials for field sales teams.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing, enabling, and supporting a partner community.
• At least 5 years of experience in technology platform sales.
• Over 5 years of experience in partner/business development, enterprise sales, and go-to-market strategy creation/management.
• Familiarity with MSP/GSI organizations through direct work experience.
• Proven success in developing and implementing a go-to-market strategy.
• Excellent communication skills with the capacity to conduct executive-level meetings.
• A collaborative mindset that leverages cross-functional teams.
• Experience in the End-User Computing (EUC) industry.
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
• Proven ability to engage with senior business and technology leaders.
• Capability to create and equip field teams with insightful resources.
• Experience collaborating with product teams and influencing product strategies based on partner input.
• Comfortable with performance-related targets.
