This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing leaders to conduct joint account and territory planning.
• Identify accounts with high potential.
• Target and cultivate prospective accounts to aid in pipeline expansion, forecasting, and achieving sales objectives.
• Work closely with customers to discover business goals that align with Cisco products.
• Schedule qualified introductory meetings for account managers and specialists.
• Engage in pipeline and deal review sessions.
• Provide feedback to enhance customer experience and business operations.
• Participate in ongoing learning opportunities.
• Build relationships and collaborate with Sales and Marketing leaders.
• Develop and guide inbound and outbound campaigns from conception through qualification.
• Nurture and recognize early-phase opportunities for future pipeline development.
• Assist field sales teams, customers, and Cisco partners in deal progression.
• Fulfill one of the educational/work experience alternatives completed within the last 3 years or anticipated within the next 12 months: Master’s degree with no work experience; Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of work experience; completion of an educational or workforce development program (e.g., Associate’s, Apprenticeship, Boot camp, or Certification) with 3 years of work experience; or a high school diploma/equivalent with 4 years of work experience.
• Relevant education and work experience in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Over 2 years of B2B sales experience in a similar or adjacent industry, startup, or consultancy, preferably within a technical sales context.
• Capability to quickly learn IT software products and comprehend critical business solutions.
• Ability to tailor communication styles to suit various audiences.
• Competence to work collaboratively in a team setting and adhere to established processes.
• Proficiency in the French language is preferred.
