This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.
• Act as the main liaison with key partners and clients to achieve specified objectives and strategic outcomes.
• Develop and deliver tailored training programs for OEM automakers and dealership networks to enhance the Finance & Insurance sector.
• Utilize the Safe-Guard Training platform as a key differentiator and an added-value product/service.
• Create a strong presence at industry events, conferences, and publications representing Safe-Guard.
• Collaborate with the Sales Management Team and engage in initiatives aimed at maximizing sales revenue.
• Improve programs and systems related to Safe-Guard product knowledge, menu selling expertise, and handling objections.
• Organize regional and dealership training seminars focused on boosting dealer profitability and increasing product sales penetration.
• Develop and employ training and marketing materials that are manager- and company-approved.
• Support dealers in meeting applicable laws and regulations through best-practice reviews and continuous training.
• Promote and facilitate dealer involvement in comprehensive F&I certification and training sessions organized by Safe-Guard.
• Instruct and train relevant departments and personnel on the features, benefits, and value of Safe-Guard products.
• Execute action plans aimed at increasing sales of Safe-Guard products and services.
• Strengthen relationships with key partners and create win/win strategies to enhance productivity.
• Over 6 years of experience in automotive retail management (F&I, Sales Manager, GSM, GM, Training Specialist).
• At least 2 years of specific F&I experience (which may be included in the 6+ years mentioned above).
• A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated territory management and training experience (which may also be included in the 6+ years above).
• In-depth knowledge and experience in menu selling.
• Proficient in selling the current F&I product suite portfolio.
• Proven track record in account development with sustained results.
• Skilled in "hands-on" development training of dealership personnel and/or "train the trainer" in-store development.
• Bachelor’s Degree (BA) from a four-year college or university is preferred.
• Exceptional communication and public speaking abilities.
• Demonstrated success in creating innovative programs through the application of established conversion methods.
• Must be willing to travel at least 70% of the time.
