This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +1 more state.
• Participate in business development and account management initiatives within the designated territory.
• Increase revenue and meet sales objectives for a key automotive OEM partner.
• Collaborate with a team and report directly to the National Sales Director.
• Offer resources and guidance to enhance sales performance, dealer training, and customer service.
• Utilize Safe-Guard’s branded training platform as a competitive advantage for dealer partners.
• Work alongside sales management to optimize sales revenue and objectives.
• Organize dealer training seminars to improve dealer profitability and product sales penetration.
• Use approved training and marketing resources effectively.
• Ensure dealers comply with relevant laws and regulations through best-practice assessments and ongoing training.
• Promote and facilitate dealer engagement in F&I certification and training sessions.
• Educate dealer staff on product features, benefits, and overall value.
• Execute action plans to enhance product suite sales.
• Initiate and lead dealer conversions through regular presentation meetings.
• Bachelor’s Degree (BA) preferred, though not mandatory.
• A minimum of five years in the automotive industry.
• At least three years of retail F&I experience.
• Willingness to travel 75% of the time.
• Must possess a strong eagerness to learn new technologies.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and a proven history of sales success.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership of a client portfolio.
• Experience in delivering in-store F&I training programs.
• A demonstrated record of success in providing F&I training.
• Excellent communication and public speaking abilities.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in menu selling.
• Proficient in selling a suite of F&I products.
• Experience in sales development with consistent results.
• Background in hands-on training of dealer personnel.
• Capacity to build relationships with key dealer personnel and create win/win strategies.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
