This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Enhance market visibility and drive lead generation to expand Allucent’s customer portfolio.
• Maintain direct communication with clients through phone, email, and direct mail.
• Support geographically aligned Business Development team members in achieving annual sales objectives.
• Assist in crafting and executing strategies to foster long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Generate new leads and arrange meetings with clients seeking outsourced services.
• Collaborate with Business Development to formulate territory plans and designate account ownership.
• Conduct weekly outreach planning calls with assigned Business Development representatives.
• Identify potential clients and contacts utilizing ideal-account profiles, GlobalData, Zymewire, and news resources.
• Identify, qualify, and assess new account opportunities within pharmaceutical and biotech companies.
• Pinpoint decision-makers and present Allucent’s unique offerings and capabilities to create RFP and bid opportunities.
• Utilize activity and results data to refine outreach messaging.
• Employ online tools, software, databases, and social media to discover and qualify leads.
• Develop territory and account strategies through account and industry profiling, pipeline management, and therapeutic content.
• Initiate sales communications, comprehend prospect requirements, introduce relevant services, and engage Business Development for in-person meetings.
• Create messaging campaigns with suitable cadence and follow-up, including informational emails and marketing materials.
• Schedule meetings for Business Development representatives in coordination with Marketing.
• Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales activity reports to the Line Manager and Business Development executives.
• Exhibit thorough knowledge of Allucent’s operational capabilities and competitive advantages.
• Document all activities in Salesforce.
• Degree in life sciences, healthcare, or business.
• At least 2 years of pertinent work experience, ideally within the CRO/pharmaceutical sector.
• Clear understanding of clinical trial processes.
• Basic knowledge of GxP regulations.
• Familiarity with GDPR/HIPAA, CFR/CTR/CTD, and applicable local regulatory requirements.
• Previous experience with Salesforce.
• Exceptional skills in identifying new business opportunities and prospects with a consultative approach.
• Ability to recognize client needs and new business possibilities.
• Strong interpersonal and social skills to engage with key decision-makers and internal stakeholders of prospective clients.
• Capability to interpret guidelines, rules, and regulations into clear and actionable recommendations.
