This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.
• Support the Vice President of Client Services, Director of Client Services, and Account Managers in implementing plans for new clients.
• Aid in the overall management of account-related issues for current clients and brokers.
• Oversee the implementation process for new groups.
• Create and assemble educational materials.
• Address claims and service-related issues.
• Provide administrative assistance to the Client Services department.
• Communicate changes in plan design, renewal updates, and other pertinent information to internal staff.
• Supervise and mentor the Account Coordinator team.
• Delegate projects to the Account Coordinator team.
• Report escalations to the Director and Vice President of Client Services.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and concerns within the team.
• Monitor PTO and maintain a PTO tracking system.
• Coordinate PTO approvals for Client Services personnel, including Account Executives, Account Managers, and Account Coordinators.
• Act as the in-house client contact when the Account Manager and Client Service Representative are unavailable.
• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• A minimum of two years of relevant work experience.
• Flexibility in schedule to attend employee benefit fairs as needed.
• Must be willing to travel within the New England region as necessary for employee benefit fairs.
• Ability to collaborate with management and effectively communicate with subordinates.
• Proficient in multitasking efficiently and accurately.
• Capable of prioritizing multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Skilled in anticipating and understanding system interactions.
• Attention to detail, analytical skills, and accuracy are essential.
• Recognize the importance of follow-through and follow-up.
• Ability to operate within specified timeframes and meet deadlines.
• Maintain confidentiality of work materials as necessary.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
