Account Coordinator – Post Repo

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage accounts within PAR's internal queue to ensure compliance with the company’s service level agreements.

• Address incoming inquiries from both internal and external clients.

• Conduct outbound calls to customers and recovery vendors.

• Collaborate with various departments to achieve customer service objectives.

• Gather and deliver precise, detailed, and complete information utilizing appropriate tools and procedures.

• Offer outstanding customer support and foster strong client relationships.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, finance, or the automotive sector.

• High school diploma or its equivalent.

• A bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Capability to effectively manage accounts while delivering exceptional customer service.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Competence to work independently and efficiently, meeting all internal and external deadlines.

• Familiarity with computer systems and Google Workspace applications.

• Experience with web technology is a plus.

• Additional experience in finance or the automotive industry is also a plus.
