This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary point of contact for designated accounts and address client inquiries and requests.
• Ensure that tasks, deadlines, and deliverables are completed precisely and punctually.
• Maintain client records, contracts, and correspondence within databases or CRM systems.
• Prepare proposals, reports, invoices, and status updates for clients.
• Facilitate the flow of information between clients, internal departments, and vendors.
• Elevate client issues to management and assist in timely resolution.
• Support invoicing, billing, and expense monitoring.
• Coordinate internal resources to meet account deliverables and deadlines.
• Schedule meetings, draft agendas, take notes, and track follow-up actions.
• Monitor timelines and the status of deliverables across multiple projects.
• Promote process improvements and consistency across accounts.
• Track and report progress to senior staff or account managers.
• Assist with data entry, reporting, and account summaries.
• Ensure program adherence to SCS quality systems.
• Associate's Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Over 2 years of professional experience in business administration.
• Experience in project or program coordination, client interaction, and data entry.
• Capability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to frequent timeline changes with complex, long-term projects.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
• Excellent customer service and a collaborative team approach.
• Complete fluency in English with experience in professional and technical written communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with database systems and remote communication tools such as Zoom, Teams, and Google Meet.
• Initiative and capability to work independently while being responsive and adaptable in a team setting.
• Commitment to SCS values and environmental matters.
• Preferred: advanced proficiency in another language.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Preferred: prior coordination experience with third-party certification.
• Preferred: previous experience in account or administrative coordination.
