This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of Team Velocity’s processes, account management, integrated strategies, and proprietary Apollo technology platform.

• Assist in the creation of Customer Success documentation, which includes meeting agendas, reporting decks, and client communications.

• Engage in client meetings and conference calls, documenting discussions and outcomes.

• Keep Account Teams informed about the status of deliverables and ongoing work.

• Promptly address client inquiries and requirements.

• Troubleshoot production issues and errors, escalating matters as necessary.

• Comprehend client objectives and coordinate deliverables to enhance campaign effectiveness.

• Update and manage clients’ Consumer Portals.

• Stay informed about compliance and co-op requirements for Ford and Lincoln programs.

• Provide additional support to the Account Management team as required.

• Anticipate client deliverables proactively.

• Contribute to the maintenance of client relationships and ensure 100% client retention by identifying risks and opportunities.

• Maintain awareness of client accounts and their Perfect Market.

• Cultivate an understanding of the automotive industry, company culture, products, services, strategic communication planning, and integrated marketing strategies.

• Communicate proactively and professionally with both colleagues and clients.

• Explore opportunities to enhance the client/agency relationship.

• Collaborate with Regional Account Managers, Production, OEM, and Onboarding team members to guarantee timely deliverables.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.

• A minimum of 0-2 years of professional experience.

• Experience in an agency setting is preferred.

• Background in Automotive Agency, Automotive In-House Marketing, and/or Customer Service is preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and task-focused.

• Strong critical thinking abilities.

• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to write, listen, and articulate clearly, concisely, and professionally.

• Proven ability to take ownership of projects proactively.

• Capability to set priorities and objectives effectively.

• Adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Ability to maintain focus and constructive behavior under pressure.

• Candidates must reside within the continental U.S.

• Preference for candidates in Eastern or Central time zones.
