This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of Team Velocity’s processes, account management, integrated strategies, and proprietary Apollo technology platform.

• Aid in the preparation of Customer Success documents, which include meeting agendas, reporting decks, and client communications.

• Engage in and document discussions from client meetings and conference calls.

• Keep in touch with Account Teams regarding the status of deliverables and ongoing work.

• Assist in addressing client inquiries and needs promptly.

• Troubleshoot production issues and errors; escalate problems when necessary.

• Comprehend clients’ objectives and organize deliverables to facilitate effective campaign outcomes.

• Update and manage clients’ Consumer Portals.

• Stay informed about compliance and co-op requirements for Ford and Lincoln programs.

• Provide support to the Account Management team with additional tasks as required.

• Anticipate client deliverables.

• Help nurture client relationships and identify potential risks or opportunities to ensure 100% client retention.

• Familiarize yourself with client accounts and their Perfect Market.

• Cultivate an understanding of the automotive industry, company culture, products, services, strategic communication planning, and integrated marketing strategies.

• Maintain proactive daily communication with colleagues and clients.

• Explore ways to enhance the Client/Agency relationship.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.

• At least 0-2 years of professional experience.

• Experience in an agency setting is preferred.

• Preferred experience in Automotive Agency, Automotive In-House Marketing, and/or Customer Service.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Highly organized, task-oriented, and detail-focused.

• Must possess critical thinking skills.

• Exceptional communication abilities, with a proven capacity to write, listen, and articulate clearly, concisely, and professionally.

• Proven track record of taking ownership of projects proactively.

• Ability to set priorities and objectives effectively.

• Must be adaptable in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment.

• Must maintain composure and constructive behavior under pressure.

• Candidates must reside within the continental U.S.; preference for Eastern or Central time zones.
