This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of Team Velocity’s processes, account management, integrated strategies, and proprietary Apollo technology platform.

• Support the development of Customer Success documentation, such as meeting agendas, reporting presentations, and client communications.

• Engage in and document client meetings and conference calls.

• Keep open lines of communication with Account Teams regarding the status of deliverables and ongoing work.

• Assist in addressing client inquiries and requirements promptly.

• Troubleshoot production challenges and errors, escalating issues when necessary.

• Grasp client objectives and organize deliverables to enhance effective campaign outcomes.

• Update and manage clients’ Consumer Portals.

• Stay informed about compliance and co-op requirements for Ford and Lincoln programs.

• Provide additional support to the Account Management team as needed.

• Anticipate known client deliverables and work on them proactively.

• Foster client relationships and aid in achieving 100% client retention by identifying potential risks or opportunities.

• Maintain familiarity with client accounts and their Perfect Market.

• Cultivate an understanding of the automotive industry, company culture, products, services, strategic communication planning, and integrated marketing strategies.

• Communicate proactively and professionally with both colleagues and clients.

• Explore opportunities to enhance the client/agency partnership.

• Act as a positive, proactive, and productive member of the brand team.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related discipline.

• 0-2 years of professional experience is required.

• Experience in an agency setting is preferred.

• Background in Automotive Agency, Automotive In-House Marketing, and/or Customer Service is advantageous.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and task-focused.

• Strong critical thinking capabilities.

• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to write, listen, and express ideas clearly, concisely, and professionally.

• Proven ability to take ownership of projects proactively.

• Competence in establishing priorities and objectives.

• Adaptability in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.

• Ability to maintain focus and exhibit constructive behavior under pressure.

• Must be located within the continental U.S.; preference for Eastern or Central time zones.
