This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of Team Velocity’s procedures, account management, integrated strategies, and proprietary Apollo technology platform.

• Assist in the preparation of Customer Success documentation, which includes meeting agendas, reporting decks, and client communications.

• Engage in and document client meetings and conference calls.

• Keep in touch with Account Teams regarding the status of deliverables and ongoing work.

• Help address client inquiries and requirements promptly.

• Resolve production issues and errors; escalate problems as necessary.

• Comprehend client objectives and organize deliverables to facilitate effective campaign outcomes.

• Update and manage clients’ Consumer Portals.

• Stay informed about compliance and co-op requirements for Ford and Lincoln programs.

• Assist the Account Management team with additional tasks as required.

• Anticipate client deliverables ahead of deadlines.

• Foster client relationships and support 100% client retention by identifying potential risks or opportunities.

• Familiarize yourself with client accounts and understand their Perfect Market.

• Cultivate knowledge of the automotive industry, company culture, products, services, strategic communication planning, and integrated marketing strategies.

• Communicate proactively and professionally with both colleagues and clients.

• Explore ways to enhance the client/agency relationship.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 0-2 years of professional experience.

• Agency experience is preferred.

• Experience in an Automotive Agency, Automotive In-House Marketing, and/or Customer Service is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and task-focused.

• Must possess strong critical thinking skills.

• Exceptional communication abilities, with a proven capacity to write, listen, and articulate information clearly, concisely, and professionally.

• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and ownership of projects.

• Capability to set priorities and objectives effectively.

• Must be adaptable in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.

• Must maintain concentration and constructive behavior under pressure.

• Candidates must reside within the continental U.S.; preference for Eastern or Central time zones.
