Account Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Support 2-3 Account Managers with onboarding properties, setting up campaigns, generating monthly reports, and participating in and documenting internal meetings and client calls.

• Ensure that all deadlines are adhered to and that campaign information is accurately documented and effectively communicated from clients to internal teams.

• Actively monitor client KPIs and collaborate with internal team members to identify campaigns that are underperforming, providing strategic recommendations.

• Aid in the monthly reporting of campaigns by generating reports, verifying data accuracy, and offering insights to Account Managers.

• Assist Account Managers in client outreach and follow-ups.

• Continually seek opportunities to enhance client-agency relationships.

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the market, products/services, and digital strategy.

• Provide regular updates to Account Managers regarding campaign status, performance, and internal deadlines, managing projects from inception to completion.

• Collaborate generously with other departments to ensure the best possible client experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Digital Marketing Agency or Communications Role.

• Excellent project management and organizational abilities.

• Basic understanding of key Digital Marketing Pillars: Paid Media, SEO, Organic Social, and Email Marketing.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across all teams and levels.

• Capability to prioritize tasks efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced work environment.

• Experience in Multifamily Housing is a plus.
