Account Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Initiate contact with prospective clients through phone calls, emails, or messaging platforms

• Understand clients’ objectives and suggest appropriate services

• Assist clients during the onboarding process and in selecting products

• Document activities in the CRM system

• Monitor follow-ups and ensure a seamless client experience

• High school diploma or college degree is preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Self-driven and capable of maintaining organization in a remote environment

• Prior experience in sales or a client-facing position is advantageous but not mandatory
