This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Assume complete commercial and operational responsibility for designated customer accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with customer stakeholders across various organizational levels.
• Oversee the overall health, strategy, and strategic advancement of assigned accounts.
• Identify risks, growth potentials, and alignment with customer business goals.
• Serve as the primary liaison between customers and risr/ for daily support matters.
• Evaluate customer requirements and deliver suitable risr/ solutions.
• Discover cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
• Manage contracts, renewals, and negotiations.
• Address customer issues and escalations with team members.
• Stay informed about the latest risr/ products.
• Adjust service and value delivery as customer needs evolve.
• Keep precise CRM records regarding account milestones, renewals, opportunities, and interactions.
• Retain customers and ensure contract renewals.
• Meet customer satisfaction objectives.
• Achieve revenue targets from existing customers.
• Deliver clear and accurate reports on account health.
• Advocate for customer requirements within risr/ and influence product development.
• Collaborate with sales/marketing, delivery, and development teams.
• Travel for occasional in-person customer meetings.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings, early mornings, or weekends due to teams across different time zones.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an account and relationship manager in a customer-facing capacity, preferably in a SaaS/B2B environment.
• Experience in managing contractual negotiations, reconciliations, and amendments is a plus.
• Familiarity with Digital Transformation utilizing SaaS solutions and services.
• Technical-minded and solution-focused.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Capability to develop a comprehensive understanding of assigned clients and their changing business needs.
• Proven expertise in commercial decision-making.
• Knowledge of the UK's education and business landscape, including trends, challenges, opportunities, purchasing behaviors, and practices is advantageous.
• Ability to demonstrate a profound understanding of customer strategies and objectives.
• Collaborative approach to relationship building and sales-related activities.
• Skills in contract negotiation, execution, and renewal.
• Ability to quickly grasp risr/ products and services and translate customer challenges into value-driven solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly under pressure.
• Capacity to devise commercial, technical, and creative solutions.
• Effective communication skills to set clear, concise, and consistent expectations.
• Skill in prioritizing tasks, establishing goals, and managing time effectively.
• Self-motivated and proactive in managing multiple customers.
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales/marketing, delivery, and development teams.
