This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take responsibility for the marketing strategy of TrainAI within a designated portfolio of target accounts.
• Collaborate with sales leaders on planning for accounts.
• Develop account-specific narratives, content, and engagement strategies to transition accounts from initial projects to scaled revenue.
• Conduct account research and offer insights for account plans, stakeholder maps, entry points, opportunities, localization partnerships, and ABM strategies.
• Perform ongoing account research to ensure that positioning and ABM strategies remain up-to-date.
• Design customized cross-channel communications and ABM campaigns that address the unique needs and challenges of each account.
• Create tailored sales enablement materials, proposals/RFP responses, emails, advertisements, and web content.
• Maintain consistent weekly communication with TrainAI BDMs.
• Collaborate with marketing operations to ensure real-time ABM reporting on engagement metrics, buyer engagement, MQAs, sales cycle duration, deal size, and revenue impact.
• Contribute to a collective AI-based TrainAI ABM framework.
• Assist in cross-account marketing efforts, including brand awareness campaigns, organic social media management, value-added content production, and participation in events.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in ABM or strategic account marketing, specifically with large, complex B2B enterprise or hyperscaler accounts.
• Proven experience engaging with technical buyers and navigating lengthy, multi-stakeholder sales processes.
• A strong interest in the AI industry and a willingness to gain enough technical knowledge to discuss AI training data with a machine learning lead.
• A curious, quick learner who is genuinely open to evolving their work habits.
• Experience utilizing AI to reduce the time from research to asset creation from weeks to hours.
• Capability to evaluate the quality of AI-generated outputs and confidently identify incorrect drafts.
• Willingness and capability to enhance and develop reusable skills and agents.
• Familiarity with ABM tools and technologies such as 6Sense, Influ2, and Mutiny.
• Commercial acumen, including the ability to interpret a pipeline and stakeholder map.
• Ability to work seamlessly across various disciplines and specialized teams.
• Experience within the AI data services sector is preferred.
