ABA Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Identify and recruit candidates for RBT and BCBA roles through LinkedIn and Aploy.

• Evaluate and engage potential candidates according to the specifications of open positions.

• Perform candidate outreach and maintain regular follow-up communication.

• Utilize SignalHire to obtain candidate contact details when necessary.

• Assess candidates against fundamental role criteria.

• Maintain organized records of candidate information and recruitment activities, ensuring they are current.

• Handle multiple candidates and job vacancies concurrently.

• Collaborate closely with the team to fill positions within designated timelines.

• Provide support with onboarding logistics as needed.

• Assist the broader recruitment team with extra sourcing and administrative responsibilities.

• Recruit healthcare professionals for clients in the US, focusing mainly on Registered Behavior Technicians and Board Certified Behavior Analysts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment.

• Proven experience in sourcing candidates via LinkedIn or similar recruitment platforms.

• Skilled in candidate outreach and follow-up communication.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Capability to manage several vacancies and candidates at once.

• Strong follow-through skills and the ability to work independently.

• Openness to learning about new industries, roles, and recruitment methodologies.

• Proficient with or willing to learn tools such as LinkedIn, Aploy, SignalHire, Microsoft Excel, Google Docs/Google Workspace, email, and AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or similar.

• Basic computer proficiency, including using recruitment platforms, managing various systems, creating and editing documents, and utilizing Excel and Google Sheets, as well as handling email and candidate correspondence efficiently and quickly adapting to new software.

• No prior ABA experience is necessary; previous experience in ABA recruitment is advantageous but not mandatory.
