This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Establish a behavioral therapy practice from the ground up in collaboration with Finni Health.
• Work alongside the team to develop guidelines, handbooks, and operational processes for the practice.
• Communicate effectively regarding billing and insurance to fulfill payor requirements and meet submission deadlines.
• Provide both field-based and virtual supervision to Behavior Technicians.
• Assess treatment effectiveness and adjust programs as necessary.
• Conduct functional assessments and prepare both assessment and progress reports.
• Design and implement behavior intervention plans, including training and related in-service programs.
• Deliver client-specific intervention training to both staff and parents.
• Ensure that treatment methodologies are evidence-based and aligned with the latest research.
• Train and oversee clinical staff, offering feedback on the implementation of ABA interventions.
• Collaborate with families to create effective behavior support strategies.
• Master's Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Valid BCBA Certification.
• Appropriate licensure to practice in the state of employment.
• At least three years of experience in ABA, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership capabilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• BCBA certification is mandatory.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
