This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Direct the strategic design, development, execution, and continuous management of Visante’s 340B consulting services within pharmacy environments.
• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and organizational 340B regulations.
• Provide guidance to pharmacy teams regarding purchasing, inventory management, claims adjudication, and 340B operations.
• Supervise and perform regular audits for 340B compliance.
• Guarantee accurate and timely tracking of utilization, inventory, and other regulatory reports.
• Create and deliver training and educational resources for pharmacy personnel.
• Manage 340B software systems, including CDM/crosswalk integration and maintenance for new products/NDCs and updates to existing products.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process enhancements in pharmacy utilization, inventory management, and purchasing.
• Formulate strategies to improve program performance and adjust pharmacy practices in response to regulatory changes.
• Counsel clients on program optimization, troubleshooting, regulatory compliance, and integration of 340B processes.
• Maintain precise documentation of program activities, audits, and compliance initiatives.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with clients, pharmacy teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure the long-term success of the program.
• A Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business, or Healthcare is required.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in a pharmacy setting.
• Minimum of 4 years managing 340B Programs.
• Over 5 years of direct experience in hospital or retail pharmacy settings.
• Extensive knowledge of 340B regulations, software integration, purchasing, billing, and contract pharmacy administration.
• Proficient in Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with pharmacy dispensing and 340B split-billing software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead, influence, and establish lasting relationships.
• Demonstrated accuracy, timeliness, discretion, and professionalism in independently identifying and addressing operational issues.
