This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Assist with the implementation of new 340B accounts by guiding Account Coordinators, reviewing implementation documentation, establishing data feeds, configuring program parameters, and coordinating activities across various functions.
• Oversee and validate client data feeds, conduct simulations, review outcomes with clients, make necessary adjustments to programs, and develop point-of-sale programs for eligibility, replenishment, and claims processing.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients by providing guidance on 340B, training on reporting and settlement functions, and assisting with qualifications, disqualifications, and invoicing.
• Execute go-live reviews, document setup processes, verify HRSA eligibility, including child sites and contract pharmacies, and maintain compliant client records.
• Ensure accuracy of data, troubleshoot feed issues, resolve point-of-sale claim problems, and guarantee a thorough quality review of IT tickets and program modifications.
• Sustain client relationships through regular calls, problem-solving, site visits, and ongoing program support.
• Collaborate with peers, assist Senior Account Managers and the Senior Director, and support 340B sales initiatives.
• Mentor Account Coordinators, aid in interviews, and contribute to the development of the team.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience in healthcare is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of previous experience in 340B is required.
• Completion of 340B University is mandatory prior to hire or within one year of employment.
• Experience with managing client data feeds, SFTP setups, pharmacy replenishment workflows, and system configurations is required.
• Ability to achieve advanced proficiency in PDMI’s 340B platform, processes, and service model is required.
• 340B ACE certification is preferred.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment background check, including employment and education verification, as well as a 4-panel drug screen, is required.
