This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide both technical and administrative support to field and operations teams.
• Oversee project assignments, including setup, communication, scheduling, and completion.
• Collaborate with vendors, clients, and internal/external teams to coordinate schedules.
• Create reports on project progress, issues, and solutions; track data using web-based project management tools.
• Receive and distribute Client Supplied Material (CSM).
• Reach out to municipal departments for project-related information.
• Conduct research on documents provided by clients.
• Submit and monitor check requests for municipal data and information.
• Track and acquire outstanding municipal data required for zoning and SIR reports.
• Assist the RFP Team by processing and obtaining FLEX IDs for new vendors.
• Draft technical zoning reports and site investigation reports (SIRs).
• Relay necessary information and anticipated delays to stakeholders.
• Update reports upon receipt of additional municipal information.
• Provide zoning-related information to clients both verbally and electronically.
• Lead responses to client inquiries post-delivery and delegate follow-up tasks as necessary.
• Identify and communicate opportunities for workflow efficiencies.
• Deliver timely, proactive customer service while safeguarding confidential company information.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, work instructions, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Work overtime when required, with prior authorization.
• High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) is required.
• At least two years of administrative experience is preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret project/technical documents, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
• Proficient in writing reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Capable of effectively presenting information and addressing questions from clients, peers, and technical field staff.
• Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to define problems, gather data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Proficient in computer operation with knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and project management software.
• Excellent time management, active listening, critical thinking, problem-solving, and both oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
• Must possess a cell phone and provide your own internet service.
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position.
