This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark, +3 more countries.
• Formulate and implement a growth strategy for the NORDICS in collaboration with the Regional Leadership team.
• Propel sales growth through both online and offline channels.
• Activate the commercial organization in the NORDICS to effectively sell and position products, solutions, and services.
• Work closely with NORDICS and district sales leaders on deal strategies and managing customer escalations.
• Deliver local customer insights to the Region Business team.
• Enhance the performance of Sales Specialists and Clinical Application teams.
• Lead New Product Introductions (NPIs) and assist marketing initiatives in partnership with the marketing Hub.
• Manage Product Lifecycle, including the oversight of install base management and End of Life (EOL) support.
• Collaborate with product and regional teams to design and enhance the Imaging Suite of Solutions and support activation efforts in the NORDICS.
• Aid Marketing teams with insights on customers, market trends, value propositions, localized launch plans, and tailored assets.
• Oversee the Key Opinion Leader Program across the zone for various modalities.
• Manage Society Engagement in the pertinent area.
• Direct the Sales Specialists and Clinical Application teams.
• Execute Marketing and Commercial Strategy in the NORDICS for MR, DXR, and CT business sectors.
• Engage as a member of the Leadership team for Europe Imaging and NORDICS Hub.
• 10+ years of experience in the industry.
• A university degree is required.
• Preference for experience in the Diagnostic Imaging Business.
• Demonstrated senior leadership experience, ideally across various countries/markets.
• In-depth knowledge of products and services relevant to the role.
• Comprehensive understanding of Marketing processes.
• Advanced experience in marketing technology within consumer and healthcare sectors.
• Proven ability to create tailored value propositions for specific customers and markets.
• Extensive experience in the Health Systems industry in the NORDICS.
• Capability to build and maintain effective relationships within a matrix structure.
• Certified in LEAN at an advanced level.
• Proficient in leading, coaching, directing, and motivating a team towards shared objectives.
• Strong comprehension of industry and market dynamics.
• Skilled in resolving complex issues and fostering continuous improvement through LEAN methodology.
• Results-driven with a strong sense of personal accountability for achieving outcomes.
• Expertise in collaborating with and influencing a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Commitment to a quality-first approach.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and Nordic languages.
