Emerging Talent Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement branding strategies in Spain, encompassing social media, web content, and event planning.

• Organize, participate in, and execute programs for interns.

• Establish and nurture strong candidate relationships across the EMEA region.

• Record and maintain documentation of internal processes and procedures.

• Oversee the upkeep of internal web pages and recruitment tools.

• Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, debriefing, and negotiating offers.

• Collaborate with universities in Poland, Spain, Israel, and beyond.

• Assist in daily program operations.

• Facilitate social and career development events for students.

• Work alongside the marketing team to position Akamai as a premier choice for students.

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program and intends to return after the internship concludes.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capacity to effectively engage with global colleagues.

• Enthusiasm for understanding university relations, talent acquisition, and program branding.

• Proficient in multitasking within a fast-paced environment.
