Customer Order Fulfillment Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Identify and implement enhancements to processes that improve delivery performance.

• Convert customer feedback into actionable Supply Chain strategies and ensure their execution.

• Handle customer escalations and resolve issues while tackling underlying systemic challenges.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address supply issues and reduce risks affecting customers.

• Establish and nurture relationships to influence stakeholders throughout the organization.

• Recognize potential escalations and initiate early recovery action plans.

• Prepare and share Supply Chain initiatives and recovery strategies with both internal and external customers.

• Work alongside Customer Account teams to align on material needs and improve forecast accuracy.

• Lead weekly customer order board meetings to discuss orderbooks, delivery challenges, recovery strategies, and future projects.

• Oversee quarter-end order adjustments, negotiate customer receiving extensions, and obtain shipment approvals.

• Monitor shipments, resolve credit ship holds, and ensure priority processing for out-of-band orders and RMAs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be available to work North American hours.

• A University or College Degree is required.

• Over 4 years of experience in Supply Chain, with a focus on Order Management/Fulfillment.

• Strong capability to influence across all levels of the Supply Chain.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines.

• Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration across regions and functions.

• Confident in written and verbal communication, including presentation skills.

• Proficient in Oracle, Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.

• High attention to detail with a proven record of meeting challenging targets.
