Zone Business Leader – Imaging

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement a growth strategy for the NORDICS in collaboration with the Regional Leadership team.

• Propel sales growth via both offline and online channels.

• Activate the NORDICS commercial team to effectively sell and position various products, solutions, and services.

• Work alongside NORDICS and district sales leaders on deal strategies and customer escalations.

• Supply local customer insights to the Region Business team.

• Enhance the performance of Sales Specialists and Clinical Application teams.

• Lead new product introductions (NPIs) and assist marketing efforts with the marketing Hub.

• Oversee Product Lifecycle Management, including managing the install base and providing end-of-life (EOL) support.

• Collaborate with product and regional teams to design and refine the Imaging Suite of Solutions and aid in its activation in NORDICS.

• Support Marketing teams by providing customer insights, market trends, value propositions, localized launch plans, and assets.

• Manage the Key Opinion Leader Program across the zone for various modalities.

• Facilitate Society Engagement in the relevant areas.

• Lead Sales Specialists and Clinical Application teams.

• Implement Marketing and Commercial Strategy for MR, DXR, and CT business sectors.

• Participate in the Leadership team of Europe Imaging and NORDICS Hub.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of industry experience.

• A university degree.

• Experience in the Diagnostic Imaging Business is preferred.

• Demonstrated senior leadership experience, ideally across multiple countries or markets.

• Advanced knowledge of relevant products and services.

• Comprehensive understanding of Marketing processes.

• Advanced experience with marketing technology in consumer and healthcare sectors.

• Proven ability to create tailored value propositions for diverse customers and markets.

• Extensive experience within the Health Systems industry in the NORDICS region.

• Capability to build and maintain effective relationships within a matrix organization.

• Certified in LEAN Advanced methodologies.

• Proven ability to lead, coach, direct, and inspire a team.

• Strong external focus with an understanding of industry and market dynamics.

• Proficient at resolving complex or challenging issues.

• Experience in driving continuous improvement utilizing LEAN methodology.

• Results-driven with a personal commitment to achieving outcomes.

• Skilled in collaborating with and influencing a variety of stakeholders.

• Quality-first approach.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Proficient in English and Nordic languages.
