This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Create automation workflows that facilitate Zero Trust telemetry ingestion, policy enforcement, and identity-driven decision-making.
β’ Execute automated provisioning, configuration, and access workflows across mixed environments.
β’ Connect Zero Trust systems, identity services, monitoring tools, and policy engines through APIs and automation frameworks.
β’ Automate the collection of data, reporting, and compliance checks to enable continuous monitoring.
β’ Work collaboratively with cybersecurity, IAM, cloud engineering, and networking teams.
β’ Design scripts, pipelines, and orchestration workflows to enable repeatable Zero Trust operations.
β’ Develop event-driven automation that reacts to security indicators, risk signals, or deviations from policy.
β’ Resolve automation problems, workflow breakdowns, and integration issues across various systems.
β’ Keep documentation up to date for automation standards, runbooks, and configuration processes.
β’ Identify potential automation enhancements and efficiency improvements for planning the Zero Trust roadmap.
β’ Test, validate, and optimize automated controls and enforcement mechanisms.
β’ Engage in modernization efforts aimed at enhancing operational resilience and minimizing manual interventions.
β’ Must possess an active Top Secret clearance, verified by a Tier 5 background investigation.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, DevSecOps, Cybersecurity, IT Engineering, or a related discipline.
β’ At least 5 years of experience in automation engineering, DevSecOps, cybersecurity engineering, or IT workflow orchestration.
β’ Proven experience in developing automation scripts, pipelines, or workflows utilizing scripting languages or automation frameworks.
β’ Experience in integrating identity services, monitoring platforms, or policy engines through APIs.
β’ Background in supporting automated provisioning, configuration management, or continuous monitoring tasks.
β’ Skilled in troubleshooting automation failures in hybrid cloud and on-premises environments.
β’ Proficient with automation tools or scripting languages, including Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
β’ Knowledge of Zero Trust principles, identity-based decision-making, and policy automation.
β’ Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, or automation interfaces for security tools.
β’ Understanding of cloud automation and configuration methodologies in AWS or similar platforms.
β’ Security+ certification is mandatory.
β’ Capability to design effective, scalable automation workflows that support mission-critical operations.
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
β’ Excellent communication abilities for collaboration across technical teams.
β’ High attention to detail.
