This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Prepare thorough Xactimate estimates and scopes for restoration projects spanning five SERVPRO franchises in Texas.

• Develop line-item pricing that withstands scrutiny from carriers and adjusters, incorporating supplements, betterments, and code items as necessary.

• Compile photos, notes, and field documentation into well-structured, defensible estimates.

• Collaborate with Job File Coordinators, project managers, and leaders at various locations.

• Monitor ongoing estimate and supplement tasks to meet turnaround deadlines.

• Maintain organization and consistency in estimating work, ensuring readiness for audits.

• Take responsibility for estimate production related to water, fire, mold, and other restoration services.

• Assist with supplements and documentation for carriers.

• Ensure that files are processed efficiently so that production and billing are not delayed by the estimate.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of practical Xactimate estimating experience.

• Demonstrated ability in estimating and writing scopes for insurance repairs or restoration, or closely related construction estimating involving carrier work.

• Comfortable working fully remotely.

• Strong written communication skills.

• Reliable internet connection.

• Authorization to work in the U.S.

• Capacity to manage multiple concurrent estimates.

• Experience with SERVPRO, WorkCenter, XactAnalysis, or Symbility is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Experience in multi-location or franchise environments is beneficial but not essential.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus but not required.
