French-Speaking Customer Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Act as a Customer Expert fluent in French.

• Work remotely from anywhere in Greece or be based in Athens.

• Participate in rotating shifts from 08:00 to 00:00, Monday to Friday, with occasional shifts on weekends.

• Undergo 1 to 2 weeks of comprehensive initial training, fully paid.

• Native or proficient fluency in written and spoken French.

• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.

• Capability to work from home within Greece.

• Reliable internet connection.

• Flexibility for rotating shifts from 08:00 to 00:00, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work.

• Base salary rises to €1,100 after 12 months and €1,150 after 3 years.
