This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Provide information to clients regarding the resolution of questions, inquiries, and/or complaints

• Serve customers of Claro Perú's PostPaid service

• Engage in training and management of customer service

⛳️ Requirements

• Secondary Education

• Professional experience: Less than 1 year

• Availability to work from Monday to Sunday with rotating rest days

• Availability for the schedule from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM (9-1 / 10-2)
