Crosseling, Part Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Address inquiries regarding current balance, top-up validity, and service coverage.

• Properly categorize and enter call agreements and customer data into Claro's internal applications.

• Inform users about the advantages of having a fixed monthly bill compared to the unpredictable expenses of continuous top-ups.

• Engage in remote training sessions from Monday to Saturday, from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be over 18 years old (essential requirement).

• Completed secondary education.

• Experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.

• Personal computer or laptop with a minimum of 8GB RAM (verifiable).

• Operating system Windows 11 PRO (verifiable).

• Wired internet connection (no Wi-Fi).

• Functional headset with a microphone (verifiable).

• Webcam (verifiable).
