Xactimate Estimator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Prepare comprehensive Xactimate estimates and scopes for restoration projects across five SERVPRO franchises in Texas.

• Develop line-item pricing that is defensible with carriers and adjusters, incorporating supplements, betterments, and code items as required.

• Gather photos, notes, and field documentation to create clear and justifiable estimates.

• Collaborate with Job File Coordinators, project managers, and location leaders.

• Monitor open estimates and supplement tasks to meet turnaround objectives.

• Maintain organization and consistency in estimating work, ensuring readiness for audits.

• Take ownership of estimate production for water, fire, mold, and related restoration projects.

• Assist with supplements and documentation for carriers.

• Ensure the timely movement of files so that production and billing processes are not delayed by the estimate.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Xactimate estimating.

• Demonstrated ability in estimating and scope writing for insurance repair or restoration, or closely related construction estimating involving carrier work.

• Comfortable working fully remote.

• Strong written communication skills.

• Reliable internet connection.

• Authorization to work in the U.S.

• Capacity to manage a concurrent workload of estimates.

• Experience with SERVPRO, WorkCenter, XactAnalysis, or Symbility is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Experience in a multi-location or franchise setting is beneficial but not required.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus but not essential.
