Workspace Experience Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee workplace operations across various locations to ensure consistent delivery of facilities management services and compliance with service level agreements.

• Manage and coordinate third-party vendors for janitorial services, maintenance, repairs, and other workplace needs.

• Address and escalate issues as necessary to uphold operational standards.

• Take ownership of work order management processes and key performance indicators (KPIs) using Corrigo and other workplace management platforms.

• Assist with workplace projects, change management strategies, and Future of Work initiatives.

• Cultivate relationships with client stakeholders, business units, and VIPs to align expectations and provide exceptional customer service.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, security, and local regulatory standards.

• Spot opportunities for operational enhancements, budget optimization, and the introduction of workplace technologies and best practices.

• Deliver operational updates, reporting, and data insights to leadership and client stakeholders.

• Flexibly work across client and JLL locations as necessary to maintain operational continuity and achieve workplace experience objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in workplace management, facilities operations, corporate services, or a similar field.

• Demonstrated experience in managing vendors, work orders, and operational KPIs in fast-paced workplace settings.

• Strong expertise in workplace management systems, digital collaboration tools, and data analytics software, including Corrigo and Microsoft Teams.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capability to juggle multiple priorities, proactively solve problems, and make sound operational decisions autonomously.

• Comprehensive understanding of workplace health, safety, compliance, and emergency preparedness regulations.

• Adaptability in evolving hybrid workplace settings and support for organizational change initiatives.

• Client-centric approach with excellent collaboration skills, capable of working independently and within cross-functional teams.

• Willingness to travel to various sites as needed.
