Medical and Health Services Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess AI-generated healthcare operations plans, staff allocations, compliance evaluations, and other management documents for quality and precision.

• Analyze AI-generated responses in a comparative manner based on operational viability, adherence to regulations, and feasibility of clinical services.

• Examine healthcare management situations that involve budgeting, personnel management, records oversight, and program development.

• Offer expert insights to aid in the evaluation and enhancement of advanced AI systems.

• Engage in projects aimed at training and refining AI systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in roles such as Medical and Health Services Manager, Clinical Director, Nurse Manager, Nursing Director, Health Information Manager, or another closely related position in healthcare management.

• Proven experience in directing or coordinating medical and health services within hospitals, clinics, managed care organizations, public health agencies, or similar environments.

• Availability to commit 20 or more hours per week.

• Excellent written communication skills in English.

• Must reside in the USA.

• Position is for independent contractor engagement.
