Workplace Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Create and execute enterprise endpoint management solutions for Windows, Apple, and Android platforms.

• Provide solutions utilizing Intune, Jamf, Entra ID, Microsoft Defender, and Microsoft 365.

• Collaborate with clients to comprehend their needs and suggest suitable technical solutions.

• Design strategies for application deployment, patching, and lifecycle management.

• Implement device security measures in accordance with CIS, Cyber Essentials, and NIST standards.

• Offer technical leadership and assist in the growth of junior consultants.

• Contribute technical insights to presales initiatives and solution architecture.

• Facilitate customer workshops, lead technical discussions, and ensure knowledge transfer.

• Generate technical designs and comprehensive documentation.

• Identify and manage technical risks throughout the project delivery process.

• Assist clients with their technology strategies and provide technical support to peers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in designing and implementing enterprise endpoint management solutions, preferably in a client-facing role.

• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Jamf, focusing on device management and application deployment.

• Familiarity with Entra ID, Microsoft Defender, Windows 11, and Windows Autopilot.

• Solid understanding of Microsoft 365, including the integration of identity, endpoint, security, and collaboration technologies.

• Experience in application lifecycle management and device security practices.

• Proficient in PowerShell scripting and automation techniques.

• Strong problem-solving abilities, along with excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Experience in providing technical leadership or mentorship to fellow consultants.

• Relevant Microsoft certifications or a commitment to obtaining them.

• Ability to obtain SC clearance is required.

• Familiarity with Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, Citrix, Defender XDR, Entra Suite, Workspace ONE, PKI, or other UEM/security technologies is a plus.
