Working Student, Telephone Outreach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Conduct research on potential new sites and partners for DPD Pickup parcel shops and parcel lockers.

• Reach out to prospective partners via phone to present the concept.

• Generate interest in collaboration and effectively persuade potential partners in a professional manner.

• Maintain records of contacts and document the outcomes of outreach efforts.

• Assist the project team in securing new locations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in written and spoken German.

• Excellent communication skills and a passion for engaging with people over the phone.

• Ability to inspire others and present yourself in a friendly, convincing way.

• Capable of working independently, reliably, and in a structured manner.

• Availability to work Monday through Friday for 20 to 40 hours per week.

• Prior experience in telephone outreach, sales, or customer interaction is advantageous but not mandatory.
