GoHighLevel Automation Specialist, Part-time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Import client leads using CSV files, customize fields, and establish sales/pipeline tracking within GoHighLevel.

• Design, construct, test, and document automated SMS reactivation campaigns, workflows, and logic based on responses.

• Oversee A2P registration processes, track consent, manage Do-Not-Disturb statuses, and handle opt-out requests.

• Implement Conversation AI settings and create protocols for transitioning from automated to human conversations.

• Integrate calendars and develop automated appointment booking workflows.

• Create performance reporting dashboards to monitor recovered revenue.

• Develop reusable GoHighLevel snapshots for scalable implementation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess hands-on experience in building and managing backend configurations in GoHighLevel (GHL).

• Proven capability to set up pipelines, customize fields, and execute clean CSV lead imports.

• Practical experience in creating SMS campaigns, automated workflows, and intricate response-based branching logic.

• Technical knowledge of A2P registration, consent tracking, DND (Do-Not-Disturb) protocols, and opt-out management.

• Experience in configuring Conversation AI, managing automated-to-human transitions, and setting up calendar/appointment booking integrations.

• Ability to create performance reporting dashboards to track recovered revenue and develop reusable GHL snapshots.

• Proficiency in GoHighLevel (GHL).

• USB headset featuring noise cancellation.

• Working webcam.

• Computer with a minimum 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM.

• Primary internet service with a minimum 25 Mbps cable connection.

• Backup internet service with at least 10 Mbps.

• Must be available for the specified 20-hour-per-week schedule.
