Veeva Vault Platform Configuration Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Design, set up, and sustain essential Veeva Vault components, including Objects, Object Types, Lifecycles, Workflows, Page Layouts, Security Profiles, Sharing Rules, Roles, and Document Types/Binders.

• Lead the functional configuration for at least one key Vault application, such as Clinical, RIM, QualityDocs/QMS, Safety, or Medical.

• Utilize the Vault Admin Console, Vault Loader, and Configuration Migration Packages for managing release deployments, environment synchronization, and configuration comparison reporting.

• Author and revise technical configuration specification documents in compliance with GxP regulations and Computer System Validation (CSV) standards.

• Collaborate with internal Leads, business analysts, and functional stakeholders to refine requirements and convert them into scalable Vault configurations.

• Engage in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and oversee story-level delivery and tasks through Jira-based backlogs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Total IT Experience: Minimum of 6 years in the IT field.

• Veeva Vault Configuration: At least 4–5 years of direct, hands-on configuration experience with any Veeva Vault application(s).

• Proven experience in configuring at least one Vault application from start to finish (Clinical, RIM, Quality, Safety, or Medical).

• Practical knowledge of working in a regulated GxP environment.

• Strong comprehension of how configuration changes affect system validation.

• Demonstrable experience with the Vault Admin Console, Vault Loader, Configuration Migration Packages, and audit/comparison tools.

• Veeva Vault Platform Administrator Certification is mandatory.

• Hands-on experience delivering projects using Scrum/Agile methodology with Jira.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Ability to directly interact with technical leads and business partners.
