Working Student – Social Media, Content Creation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Strategize and schedule posts for the company's LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media profiles, ensuring the editorial calendar is consistently updated.

• Craft posts that resonate with the brand's voice and appeal to the target audience.

• Conduct research on trends, formats, and topics relevant to management systems, evaluating their significance.

• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm fresh content ideas for campaigns, product launches, and video formats.

• Assist colleagues in enhancing their visibility on LinkedIn as corporate influencers.

• Engage with comments and messages, while sharing valuable community insights with the team.

• Provide the Creation Team with briefs for graphics, videos, and other visual elements.

• Evaluate content performance and pinpoint optimization opportunities based on analytical data.

⛳️ Requirements

• You are currently pursuing studies in communications, media, marketing, business administration, or a similar field.

• You possess a strong command of language and write clearly, with a focus on the target audience.

• You are well-versed in LinkedIn, Instagram, Reddit, YouTube, and other social media platforms, and understand their functionalities.

• You have an interest in B2B topics and can convey complex information in an easily digestible manner.

• You are capable of working independently, reliably, and in an organized fashion, even while juggling multiple topics.

• You approach colleagues with openness and actively seek input when necessary.

• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Notion, or social media planning applications is an advantage, but not mandatory.

• Availability for 20 hours a week.
