Junior Social Media Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Position creators on appropriate social media platforms

• Develop impactful social media strategies

• Generate content adhering to creator guidelines

• Organize and schedule posts on Meta or YouTube

• Produce content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube

• Edit video materials

• Monitor comments, direct messages, community engagement, and social media analytics

• Engage with and oversee communities on Telegram and Facebook groups

• Conduct Facebook and Google advertising campaigns

• Collaborate on the weekly newsletter

• Proficiency in English and Portuguese

• Background in Business or Marketing

• Experience in Digital Marketing

• Exceptional organizational skills

• Strong creativity

• Effective communication abilities

• Familiarity with Facebook advertisements

• Knowledge of Canva and CapCut

• Strong communication skills to interact with clients from diverse backgrounds and education levels

• Flexible working hours necessary for urgent situations or business demands

• Positive, proactive mindset with a problem-solving attitude
