This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist in the planning, production, and dissemination of content across organic social media platforms.

• Develop content for Instagram and TikTok, including short-form videos, Stories, and posts.

• Engage in community management by interacting with followers in the brand’s voice.

• Recognize pertinent trends, formats, sounds, and cultural moments.

• Aid in content shoots, product launches, and campaign activations.

• Organize content assets, captions, and the publishing timeline.

• Offer innovative ideas to maintain the brand's relevance, entertainment value, and cultural connection.

• Assist the marketing team with everyday tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be actively enrolled in a university for the entire duration of the position.

• Strong familiarity with Instagram and TikTok and their respective content formats.

• Some practical experience in creating short-form social media content.

• Basic video-editing abilities, such as in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar software.

• Proficient in writing concise, entertaining, and on-brand social media copy.

• Deep enthusiasm for social media, trends, and digital culture.

• Creative, proactive, and brimming with ideas.

• Strong intuition for authentic and relevant social media content.

• Dependable, organized, and capable of working independently.

• Willingness to appear on camera.

• Excellent communication skills and a community-first mindset.

• Fast-paced, practical approach and a willingness to explore new formats.

• Ideally, some experience in social media, content creation, community management, or influencer marketing.

• Ideally, basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools.

• Ideally, experience filming with a smartphone and setting up simple lighting arrangements.

• Ideally, basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting.

• Ideally, prior knowledge of the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries.

• Ideally, personal experience in building or managing your own social media account.

• Ideally, a passion for beauty and nail trends.
