This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Generate and share property-related content across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and additional platforms.
β’ Create engaging short-form videos and posts aimed at attracting tenant inquiries.
β’ Advertise available properties utilizing provided images, videos, and descriptions.
β’ Compose captivating captions, headlines, and calls to action.
β’ Identify pertinent social media groups and communities for property marketing.
β’ Oversee comments, messages, and inquiries on social media channels.
β’ Address basic inquiries and guide prospects through the intake process.
β’ Collaborate with the Housing Intake Specialist for lead follow-up coordination.
β’ Ensure regular posting to maximize qualified property leads.
β’ Analyze engagement and lead-generation outcomes, adjusting content as necessary.
β’ Keep abreast of social media trends and lead-generation possibilities.
β’ Carry out additional responsibilities related to the role as assigned.
β’ Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
β’ Strong writing and communication abilities with clients, vendors, and team members.
β’ Prior experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
β’ Previous background in lead generation via social media or digital platforms.
β’ Experience in producing or sharing short-form video content for TikTok, Facebook, or Instagram.
β’ Solid understanding of social media engagement and lead generation strategies.
β’ Capability to quickly grasp property information and convert it into impactful social media content.
β’ Capacity to work autonomously and consistently manage posting schedules.
β’ Ability to modify content based on audience engagement and performance metrics.
β’ Familiarity with Canva or comparable content creation tools is advantageous.
β’ Knowledge of social media management and scheduling tools is preferred.
β’ Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
β’ Familiar with standard business tools such as email, spreadsheets, and document management systems.

β’ Competence in adhering to established processes accurately with minimal oversight.
