Working Student – RevOps / Sales Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Manually oversee, clean, and refresh contact, company, and deal records within HubSpot.

• Assist in the customization of email marketing campaigns.

• Execute A/B testing for subject lines, content, and calls to action.

• Provide support for telephone lead outreach and lead qualification as capacity permits.

• Enhance the website by creating new pages and landing pages for courses and campaigns.

• Improve page load speeds, implement basic SEO, and increase conversion rates.

• Integrate the website with HubSpot, Personio, and forms.

• Automate recurring tasks using AI tools and low-code platforms like Make.

• Ensure smooth data flow and generate basic dashboards and reports.

• Identify areas for technical enhancement, propose solutions, and implement them independently.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree at a university or college.

• Fast learner with a methodical and detail-oriented work style.

• Capable of independently resolving minor inquiries and issues, utilizing resources such as the HubSpot Help Center and relevant documentation.

• Dependable and attentive to detail, especially when managing repetitive tasks.

• Self-driven to consistently evaluate processes and workflows for efficiency improvements.

• Willingness to consistently engage in repetitive, hands-on tasks.

• Creative mindset in marketing; prior experience is not necessary.

• Enjoy interacting with others, ideally with some experience or interest in telephone-based customer communication.

• Proficient in German language skills.

• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, APIs, Zapier/Make, familiarity with AI tools, or SEO is advantageous but not mandatory to begin.
