Manager, Revenue Operations – ROPS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Identify and execute opportunities throughout the revenue cycle in collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.

• Lead a team of analysts dedicated to producing valuable insights and developing solutions for intricate business challenges.

• Set team priorities, objectives, and success metrics that align with the goals of the organization.

• Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality insights, recommendations, and analytical outputs.

• Convert complex business challenges and strategic priorities into organized analyses and actionable recommendations.

• Oversee work across various stakeholders, priorities, and initiatives.

• Communicate proactively and present insights effectively to leaders at all levels of the organization.

• Provide convincing recommendations to senior audiences.

• Apply critical thinking to eliminate obstacles, resolve issues, and promote sustainable solutions.

• Mentor and cultivate a high-performing team of analysts.

• Encourage accountability, continuous learning, professional development, engagement, and collaboration.

• Direct analytical methodologies and ensure proper data utilization for business decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Analytics, or a related discipline.

• Proven experience using AI-enabled tools to enhance productivity, decision-making, and business outcomes.

• 5+ years of progressively responsible professional experience.

• 2+ years of direct experience in people leadership.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

• Experience in analyzing business operations, data, or processes.

• Familiarity with modeling and/or performance forecasting, particularly concerning cash flow or financial performance.

• Demonstrated experience leading analytical, reporting, business intelligence, or related teams and initiatives.

• Proficiency in translating complex business challenges into data-driven insights and recommendations.

• Capability to influence stakeholders and drive results through analytical problem-solving and effective communication.

• MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred.

• Experience with Tableau, SQL, Alteryx, Google Cloud Platform (GCP)/BigQuery, data warehousing, or similar analytical tools preferred.

• Previous experience in healthcare revenue cycle or healthcare operations preferred.
