Working Student – Project Management, Finance & Controlling

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assistance in project management, including the creation, budgeting, and billing of projects within SAP.

• Aid in the establishment of customer and vendor master data in SAP.

• Collaboration with Group Controlling, Accounting, and various divisions of the Serviceplan Group.

• Oversight of current billing processes and the ongoing forecast.

• Generation of Excel reports, such as job-time and project-based revenue and cost reports.

• Enhancement of internal processes and structures.

• Exceptional communication skills coupled with a good sense of humour.

• Confident and enthusiastic user of Excel.

• Enjoyment in working with numbers and compiling reports.

• Structured, results-driven, and independent working approach.

• Keen interest in enhancing internal processes and structures.

• Passion for project management.

• No prior work experience necessary.
