This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Provide support to product marketing managers within the Biopharma Solutions portfolio, which includes centrifugation, cell health, and particle counting.
• Conduct analyses related to the market, customers, competitors, and installed bases.
• Collect inputs, organize data, and convert findings into summaries using PowerPoint, Excel, or Word.
• Aid in product launch and lifecycle management activities.
• Manage launch deliverables, messaging inputs, sales enablement resources, and follow-up action lists.
• Gather and synthesize customer and regional feedback through surveys, interviews, win/loss analyses, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee product marketing project administration, including preparation for meetings, note-taking, action tracking, and managing SharePoint/Teams file organization and status updates.
• Assist in content and campaign readiness by reviewing materials, maintaining asset trackers, consolidating feedback, and ensuring that resources are accessible to regional teams.
• Identify opportunities to streamline product marketing templates, dashboards, workflows, and communication practices.
• Report to the Global Head of Product Marketing, Biopharma Solutions, as part of the Global Product Marketing Management team.
• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in life sciences, biotechnology, biomedical sciences, business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Capable of organizing information in a clear and precise manner.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Able to summarize information clearly and structurally for various audiences.
• Previous experience in life sciences, laboratory work, biotechnology, diagnostics, or related coursework, internships, or project work is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Teams, SharePoint, Click-Up, Power BI, CRM systems, or project/task trackers is beneficial.
• Experience in market research, competitive analysis, customer insights, data visualization, or marketing communications is a plus.
• Occasional travel may be required, subject to confirmation with the hiring manager and HR.
