This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the positioning, messaging, and value proposition for all products within the AutoVitals suite.
• Establish customer segmentation based on revenue bands, location counts, and buyer roles, while keeping track of segment pain points.
• Collaborate with Product to convert the roadmap into language that appeals to the market.
• Work alongside Brand on product naming and identity development.
• Lead go-to-market strategies for product launches, encompassing audience targeting, messaging, sequencing, channels, internal readiness, and success metrics.
• Manage launch communications for clients, prospects, and internal teams, including frequently asked questions.
• Promote the adoption of already available features in the market.
• Oversee competitive intelligence efforts, including competitor analysis, battlecards, win/loss themes, and positioning strategies.
• Integrate competitive insights into discussions about pricing, packaging, and product roadmaps.
• Develop sales enablement materials, including presentations, one-pagers, talk tracks, objection handling guides, and FAQs.
• Manage customer proof points and reference stories.
• Align segmented campaign messaging with demand generation and content strategies.
• Evaluate performance against sales adoption and pipeline metrics, making improvements based on results.
• Establish product marketing standards, processes, playbooks, and operational rhythms.
• Recruit, onboard, and mentor product marketers as the team expands.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in product marketing within a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
• Proven ability to conduct market discovery through customer, prospect, and win/loss interviews, translating insights into validated market challenges, buyer personas, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
• Experience in managing or developing product marketers and establishing the processes, standards, and playbooks for the function.
• Demonstrated success in overseeing product launches from beginning to end, including positioning, sales readiness, and outcome measurement.
• Excellent writing and communication skills, capable of articulating the essence of a technical product and its target audience clearly.
• Experience in creating competitive intelligence from the ground up, including research, battlecards, and win/loss analyses.
• Skilled in market segmentation and crafting differentiated messaging tailored to various segments and buyer roles.
• Comfortable working directly with sales representatives, participating in calls, and developing practical tools for their use.
• Data-driven, able to link messaging and launch efforts to pipeline and bookings.
• At ease building from scratch in a dynamic environment where not everything is clearly defined yet.
• Pragmatic Marketing or Product Marketing Alliance certification is a plus.
• Experience in marketing a multi-product platform is a bonus.
• Familiarity with marketing to small and medium-sized businesses, especially in automotive, home services, or similar industries is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Salesforce and HubSpot is a plus.
• Background or knowledge of the automotive repair industry is an added advantage.
