Working Student Product Management – Heat Pumps

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with product managers on heat pumps while gaining extensive knowledge of the product range.

• Support innovations in sustainable energy solutions and serve as a liaison for both internal and external stakeholders.

• Contribute independently and responsibly as a key member of the team.

• Conduct thorough technical comparisons of products and competitors.

• Engage in long-term strategic initiatives and implementation-focused projects.

• Clearly and engagingly explain complex technical heat-pump products to sales teams.

• Identify, visualize, and continually enhance product metrics.

• Promote the adoption of forward-thinking technologies and utilize AI tools to innovate and streamline product management processes and analyses.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree at a German university in Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Availability for an internship of at least 4 months or, by agreement, a working student role for 15–20 hours per week.

• Initial practical experience in product management, strategy formulation, or market analysis.

• Prior exposure to, interest in, or foundational knowledge of heat pump and heating technologies is advantageous.

• Strong enthusiasm for AI and basic understanding of AI concepts; experience with AI tools is preferred.

• Capability to present technical ideas clearly and understandably to diverse audiences.

• Highly independent, proactive, and organized work style with strong ownership and reliability.

• Ability to adapt and be flexible in a dynamic, interdisciplinary work environment.

• Agile, results-driven mindset with solution-oriented thinking and a collaborative attitude.

• Proficient in both German (CEFR C-level) and English, with strong written and verbal skills.
