Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the product experience for Customer.io's agent, collaborating with the agent team to ensure it is top-notch, competitive, and beneficial for AI-first marketers.

• Collaborate closely with other Product Managers and teams to guarantee the agent integrates seamlessly with all aspects of the platform it interacts with.

• Identify and address friction points through data analysis, experimentation, and insights from customers.

• Establish and monitor success metrics related to activation, retention, and monetization.

• Work in partnership with Marketing, Customer Experience (CX), and Design across all interaction points.

• Collaborate with Engineering to define and implement enhancements that deliver customer value.

• Clearly communicate priorities and progress across teams and to leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of product management experience in the SaaS industry, preferably with some background in managing an agentic experience.

• Experience utilizing or developing AI-driven tools in your product workflow.

• Proven history of enhancing activation or retention metrics.

• Excellent analytical and experimentation capabilities — data-driven yet comfortable with uncertainty.

• Experience working collaboratively across Product, Marketing, and CX teams.

• A clear communicator who can simplify complexities and foster alignment.

• A strong curiosity about what drives customer success.

• Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.

• Successful completion of a background check and employment verifications as part of the pre-employment process.
