Working Student Marketing & Content

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create and produce marketing materials across diverse channels

• Strategize and design marketing emails while aiding the ongoing enhancement of email communications

• Generate concepts and creatives for paid advertisements on Instagram and Facebook and assist in their execution

• Formulate and execute organic content strategies for Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest independently

• Keep track of current social media trends and evaluate their alignment with the brand

• Oversee multiple creators and scout for new potential collaborators

• Innovate creative guerrilla marketing tactics and explore new methods to attract attention for NBDC

• Assist in the planning and execution of campaigns and product launches

• Experiment with various content types, formats, and messages to identify what resonates best with the target audience

• Share your marketing insights and autonomously manage smaller projects from inception to execution

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree

• Availability of approximately 20 hours per week

• Proficient in German, both spoken and written

• Strong aptitude for language and communication

• Passion for marketing, social media, content creation, and brand development

• Ability to work independently

• Creative mindset and openness to experimentation

• Eagerness to learn swiftly, assume responsibility, and grow professionally

• Good organizational abilities with the capability to handle several smaller projects at once

• Prior practical experience in social media, content creation, performance marketing, or email marketing is advantageous but not mandatory
