Social Content Researcher – Freelance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Conduct research on the art sector, contemporary artists, and related creative domains to generate a substantial number of original content ideas for social media distribution.

• Monitor social media and platform trends, especially on Instagram, to pinpoint content that is likely to achieve high engagement.

• Create content proposals in groups for ongoing channels.

• Draft clear and succinct content briefs that simplify complex information.

• Customize content concepts and messaging for distinct audience segments.

• Assist in the creation of social media assets utilizing design software and brand templates.

• Oversee the research and proposal workflow to meet weekly deadlines.

• Generate research sprints comprising around 15 social content ideas complete with sources and visual references.

• Transform selected ideas or provided briefs into polished social content, including both copy and visual elements.

• Develop more intricate narrative carousels as well as simpler text-driven carousels.

• Strong content instincts and knowledge of best practices in social media, particularly Instagram.

• Excellent visual skills.

• Understanding of how to tailor content for specific audiences.

• Capability to accurately convey large amounts of information in detailed yet concise briefs.

• Highly organized and efficient, with the ability to take initiative.

• Comfortable and reliable when working to weekly deadlines.

• Ability to operate both independently and collaboratively.

• Outstanding communication skills.

• Keen attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

• Knowledgeable about or passionate regarding the art world and contemporary artists.

• Proficient in using design software and brand templates.

• Availability to commit weekly time as required by the application process.
